Calories in VS Calories out
For the majority of us, we either have goal where we want to slim down and lose fat or gain size and build muscle.
This is where your calorie intake will determine how much progress you make. Lets take losing fat as the main goal here.
This means we need to put our body in an energy deficit which in turn will have us burning fat as source of energy. So we need to be burning more calories than we're consuming. This will out us into a calorie deficit.
It comes down to a number of things such as your age, gender and how active you are.
